Body Geometry saddle fitting — F.O.C.

The best way to choose a new saddle is to get a comprehensive fit, such as through our Specialized Retül fit system. Retül is a data-driven bicycle fitting tool designed to improve comfort, prevent injury, and increase performance.

Body Geo Custom Footbeds — £125.00

Replacing the footbeds in your shoes is often overlooked, but this simple change can increase both power and endurance on the bike. Thanks to a brand-new piece of in-store technology, Retül's Footbed vacuum moulding tray, we can now create custom footbeds in less than 45 minutes, helping to align your knees, hips and feet and add support to the arch of your foot.

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) — £90.00

Resting metabolic rate is a test that measures the amount of energy your body uses while at rest. By combining this test with an active metabolic test, we can create a comprehensive nutritional plan to help you achieve your performance goals.

Active Metabolic Rate (V02 Max) — £125.00

VO2 max testing is a scientific assessment that measures the maximum amount of oxygen your body can take in and use during exercise. This test is usually conducted using a ramp or step protocol and is considered to be the most accurate way to evaluate your physical performance. Based on the data collected during the test, you will receive information about your training zones in detail. 

Bike Fitting - Cycling 2DMA STT systems — £150.00

The "Cycling 2DMA" bike fit by STT systems provides a quick and dynamic assessment of the riders cycling motion in real time while pedalling.

The system can be used to help fit a new bike or to analyse your riding position ensuring the perfect balance of speed and comfort.

Vo2 Max + Moxy Testing — £175.00

By integrating a VO2 max test with muscle oxygen saturation sensors, we can develop a comprehensive understanding of your athletic performance. The VO2 max test measures your maximum oxygen uptake during intense exercise, indicating your aerobic capacity. Simultaneously, the muscle oxygen saturation sensors assess how effectively your muscles utilize this oxygen. This combined analysis helps us determine whether performance limitations stem from respiratory capabilities or muscular efficiency.
