I’m Jamie Read, a highly experienced coach with a strong background in strength, conditioning, and cycling performance. My extensive journey in the athletic world has allowed me to work with a diverse range of athletes, from amateurs to professionals and teams globally. I have an unwavering passion for cycling and a deep fascination with what drives peak performance.

At the core of my approach lies a meticulous analysis of physiological data to craft personalised training plans that align with the unique demands of each athlete’s event and discipline. I firmly believe in the power of understanding and leveraging individual strengths to push boundaries and achieve exceptional results.

SEAN MCDONALD, BSc/Hons

With a First Class BSc degree in Applied Sport Science from The University of Edinburgh, Sean has a sound understanding of biomechanics, anatomy and physiology resulting in a comprehensive fitting experience.

So much so The Cycling Academy athletes for 2024 are partnering with us for all their riders bike fit needs.
