This package represents our most comprehensive membership option, designed specifically for individuals seeking elite and professional coaching to elevate their fitness and health.

With enhanced feedback and increased interaction with our head coaches, you will receive a customized training program tailored to your unique lifestyle and goals.

*This plan focuses on training and competing using power and/or heart rate metrics.

To initiate the process, you will need to complete a medical questionnaire, a goal-setting sheet, and a riding style questionnaire to ensure the precise formulation of your training regimen.

Initial consultation

This is where you'll establish a baseline, communicate your goals and allow your coach to assess your current fitness level, training habits and areas for improvement. A thorough and effective consultation sets the stage for a tailored coaching plan that can help you achieve your cycling goals.

Current analysis

Here we understand where you stand right now in terms of fitness, skills, equipment and habits, which serves as the foundation for creating a targeted plan for improvement. Performing a thorough analysis allows us to identify strengths and weaknesses and set realistic goals for growth.

Programme start

This marks the beginning of a focused and structured journey to improving your performance. After the initial consultation and analysis, we’ll create a customised plan that aligns with your goals, fitness level, available time and training preferences. This ensures that you progress steadily and avoid injury whilst reaching your goals.

On-going development

With cycling being the dynamic and evolving sport it is, we recognise your training must also evolve. Here we  adapt to new challenges, refining your skills and maintaining motivation throughout the training process.
